Roger Adams

Director

Roger started HomeCareDirect back in 2003 because he wanted to help people take more control over their support at home through personal budgets and direct payments. Roger has been involved in support at home for over 20 years

Kaileigh Shaw

Clinical Director & Registered Manager

Kaileigh started with HCD as one of our Nurses and is now our Clinical Director & Registered Manager. Kaleigh is passionate about care in community and enabling individuals to have a voice and be fully involved and in control of the care they receive

Laura is the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Lauras role ensures all meetings, appointments and documents are arranged and prepared efficiently and effectively

Debbie is passionate about keeping up with the current legislation and practice whilst helping our carers gain and develop crucial skills for keeping our clients safe.
