Would you like to be paid to support a family member at home as an alternative to a care or nursing home placement- following a Care needs assessment

This is not for everyone but t can work for some people with a strong commitment to keeping a family member at home
It is a shared commitment between State and family

Do you know someone who would like you to support them?
Has the person had an Assessed Care Need?

With the persons ‘choice’, then HomeCareDirect could employ you and train you, to provide the support at home

Current National Vacancies

All contracts are different based on the needs of the client
  • Predominately full and part time permanent contracts
  • Enhanced hourly pay around the needs of the individual client
  • Longer set shifts preferred
  • You would be part of a fixed team supporting the one client
  • You would preferably need to be within 1 hours travel time of your client

Option 2:
