HCD Genesis is a single-management, personalisation-first model that integrates everything needed to support someone at home following secure-unit discharge — and to prevent admission where risks are arising.
HomeCare Direct works in true partnership with the person and family to design, recruit, and train a bespoke support team (including known family members, where agreed by commissioners). HCD is the legal employer for that team and provides clinical oversight, training to CQC standards, and 24-hour resilience so support is safe and sustainable.
