23 Years of Complex Support at Home
HomeCare Direct supports all client groups, including children, at home, with up to and including complex needs and long term conditions.
On 2 December 2025, Nakita went home.
For almost two decades, Nakita lived in hospital. Her family travelled daily from Bangor to Southport. She never gave up on going home. In May 2025, HomeCare Direct began planning her discharge. Six months later, Nakita made the 103-mile journey home in time for her first Christmas in 18 years.
