HomeCareDirect's liaison team first met Mohsin and his family in July 2025 at Rotherham Market, where they were raising awareness about HomeCareDirect.
Until then, his family had been caring for him entirely on their own, and they shared with HomeCareDirect how exhausting and challenging it had been for them all.

Over several visits, the team introduced them to the HomeCareDirect model, showing how tailored nurse-led support could make a real difference in Mohsin’s and their lives.

By January 2026, the family felt confident and joined HomeCareDirect.
Mohsin now receives dedicated personal assistant support throughout the day and night from his chosen compassionate team, helping him thrive while complementing the love and care from his family.

Last year, Mohsin travelled to Pakistan to get married, a truly special milestone for him and his family.
