I bring 25 years of experience spanning care, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy and finance. I began my career as a research geneticist before moving into the development and testing of medical diagnostic equipment — work that gave me a strong grounding in quality, compliance and innovation.
Over the years I've led product and development teams across complex, highly regulated industries, always combining technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. I've also worked within the NHS, which gave me a first-hand appreciation of healthcare operations and the importance of putting people first.
